These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through auliak.com (the “Website”). They are designed to keep the acquisition process clear, disciplined, and studio-controlled.

Products and edition discipline

AULIAK works are released as limited editions. Each work’s availability, edition information, and format options are displayed on its individual page and/or during the selection process.

Because editions are limited and studio-controlled, availability can change. If a work becomes unavailable during checkout, you may contact the studio for alternatives.

Ordering process

To place an order, select the options requested on the product page (for example: destination, format and quantity) and proceed through checkout. An order is placed when you complete payment and receive an order confirmation email.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are displayed on the Website and may vary by format and selection. Currency is shown at checkout. Where applicable, taxes (including VAT) are calculated and displayed during checkout before you confirm payment.

Prices may progress as editions advance.

Payment

Accepted payment methods are those shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is prepared for dispatch.

Production, preparation, and lead times

Works are prepared under studio control. Estimated preparation times may be shown on the Website or communicated by email. For certain options (including Concierge Framing upon request), preparation may take longer. The studio will confirm if additional time is required.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is available to the destinations listed at checkout. Delivery time depends on destination and carrier. Tracking is provided when available.

Customs duties and local taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and local taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damage in transit

If a work arrives damaged, contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the artwork and packaging. The studio will guide you through the appropriate resolution.

Right of withdrawal (consumer purchases)

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days, subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

Where withdrawal applies, you must notify the studio before the withdrawal period expires. Return shipping costs may be borne by the consumer, unless applicable rules provide otherwise.

Model withdrawal notice (optional format)

You can use the following wording to notify withdrawal:

Returns and refunds

Returns are handled according to the conditions described in Returns & Refunds. Where consumer rules apply, statutory rights remain unaffected.

Title and risk

Ownership of the work passes once full payment is received. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier, except where mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is not permitted by law. Otherwise, the studio’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Force majeure

The studio is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (including carrier disruptions, customs delays, or force majeure events).

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, Spain, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
