Returns & Refunds
Each AULIAK artwork is prepared with collector-grade care. If something isn’t right, contact the studio and we’ll guide you through the cleanest route for your order.

Damaged in transit (48 hours)
If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the artwork and packaging. Please do not discard the packaging until we confirm next steps. We will assist immediately.

Cancellations & returns (consumer purchases)
For consumer purchases made online, a 14-day withdrawal period may apply under applicable regulations, subject to legal exceptions (for example, goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized).
If your order includes custom framing or special preparation, this may affect return eligibility. When in doubt, contact us and we will confirm the best route for your specific order.
For gallery, corporate, and institutional acquisitions, any return conditions are confirmed in writing at the time of order.

Condition of returns
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging whenever possible, with any accompanying documentation where applicable.
